1. Returns

  • Eligibility: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Certain items, such as perishable goods, intimate or sanitary products, and gift cards, are not eligible for return.

  • How to Initiate a Return: To start the return process, please contact our Customer Support team at info@surfsideessentials.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return.

  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

2. Refunds

  • Processing Your Refund: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within typically 5-10 business days.

  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund within the expected timeframe, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at info@surfsideessentials.com.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), intimate or sanitary goods, and gift cards. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
